Free transfer

For our conference guests we offer a transfer service, free of charge, to and from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport or Hindås train station. Between 08.00 and 20.00 we pick you up or drop you off and all you need to do is fill in the form below to let us know when you will require our services - it's that simple!

For your information, the airport is approximately 10 minutes away and the train station is less than 5 minutes from Hjortviken. Local trains from Gothenburg stop here as well as the main line to and from Southeast Sweden.

Our minivan takes 7 passengers at a time. During peaks we may have to adjust your request for pick up or drop off somewhat. Should this be the case you will of course be notified.

Travellers arriving on international flights are met in the arrival hall by a representative from Hjortviken carrying a sign.

Travellers arriving on domestic flights are requested to proceed out of the domestic arrival hall. Cross the street and turn right, passing the Car Rental companies and Parkingservice office. Our mini-van market with Hjortviken sign/logo is parked in the row immediately following the building, second last (8th) parking space.
