Getting down to business

Our hotel has been a natural meeting place for people for the last century. We have continued to build on this tradition and over the years turned Hjortviken into a first class conference hotel. There can be many reasons why you may want to hold you meeting or conference away from your everyday surroundings. A change of venue can be both stimulating and inspiring, promote creativity and lead to better results. And it allows you to hand over all the practical details to someone else! We believe Hjortviken provides this and much more which is why our guests return to us time and time again.

Our conference rooms

Hjortviken has 8 conference rooms which seat anywhere from 2 to 100 persons. If you need to split into smaller groups we also have break-out rooms available. Our conference rooms are equipped with an overhead projector, a white board and flip-charts. TV, video, CD-player, beamer or any other technical equipment you may need is provided upon request. To get connected using a laptop, all conference rooms have a regular modem and an ISDN modem connection. There is also wireless broadband access, service provided by Telia HomeRun. At Hjortviken we offer 24 hour conference service. Our objective is for you to focus on your mission and leave the practical details to us! Any questions? Just dial the reception!

A comfortable stay

At Hjortviken you find one thing that you may value the most when staying in a hotel - a high service facility. Not only are the conference rooms of a very high standard, the guestrooms are generous in size and newly re-decorated in various styles. Our restaurant offers superb dining and our wine cellar a nice selection of wines to accompany your meal. One important factor is safety - you will be pleased to know that Hjortviken has personnel on duty 24 hours per day! The hotel has 90 rooms, 63 single and 27 double rooms. All rooms have shower, hairdryer, telephone and TV. Some rooms can also access Telia HomeRun, wireless broadband Internet.

Hjortviken and the environment

There is more to environment than offering a nice facility for our guests. We make an effort in running a business with as little wastage as possible. This has rendered us two environmental awards which we are very proud of! Working together with nature is an ongoing process and we therefore have our own environment group making sure we do our very best.
